OxyDiagnostic - Hospital pharmacy catalogue audit

Make your medical device catalogue reliable for controlled interoperability

Reliable interoperability starts with reliable data: if the catalogue is wrong, the error spreads everywhere.

OxyDiagnostic confidentially analyses your entire medical device catalogue, all classes included, to identify anomalies that could disrupt your traceability software, your supply and finance system, your other business applications and your future projects.

The audit can be carried out from a CSV, Excel or SQL export, or another format, subject to feasibility.

  • All medical devices
  • No volume limit
  • Report within 5 working days
  • Debrief included

Is your catalogue ready to exchange data with your business software?

Missing or invalid UDIs, inconsistent supplier references, duplicates or incomplete records can compromise device identification and the quality of data exchanged between systems.

OxyDiagnostic turns these anomalies into precise findings and prioritised corrective actions.

What the audit checks

Completeness and consistency of medical device records

Supplier references and UDI identifiers

Compliance with GS1, HIBCC and ICCBBA standards

Duplicates and identification inconsistencies

Missing data or data entered in the wrong field

Anomalies likely to degrade interoperability

The audit covers the entire medical device catalogue. Medicines are not included in the current scope.

Every environment is different: only an audit of your own catalogue can establish your indicators.

An immediately actionable diagnosis

You receive:

  • a detailed digital report;
  • an overview of catalogue quality;
  • anomalies ranked by severity;
  • identification of the records concerned;
  • recommended corrective actions;
  • a debrief meeting of about one hour with an Oxyledger expert.

Debrief and responsibilities

The debrief is optional. The lead pharmacist attends as a minimum.

Oxyledger identifies, explains and prioritises the anomalies. Corrections remain the pharmacy’s responsibility.

Additional support can be offered on quotation, without direct changes to the catalogue unless specifically agreed.
